Returns, exchanges and refunds

At Wean Meister, we want you to shop with confidence! We understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange an item, and we're here to make that process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please make sure the item is unused, in original condition, and still in its original packaging. Some products are excluded from change of mind returns.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that's faulty or not what you ordered, we'll arrange to collect it and send you the correct item or organise a refund. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and will do our best to make it right quickly. Please email us as hello@weanmeister.com.au to let us know the details.

How to return an item

We don’t use a returns form (yet), so please just email us at hello@weanmeister.com.au with your order number, product details, and any relevant photos. Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note - postage for change of mind returns or exchanges is at the buyer’s expense.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian consumer law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match its description. Nothing in our returns policy affects these rights.

Excluded products

We can’t accept change of mind returns for certain items, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Products with broken seals or signs of use
  • Products with specific return policies noted on the product page

If you're unsure whether a product is eligible, reach out to our team before purchasing. We’re here to help make sure you get what’s right for you.

Bargain Buys

Items marked as Bargain Buys can’t be returned or exchanged unless they're faulty. We’ll always label these items clearly on the site.

Postage/Delivery charges

Postage/Delivery charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns and exchanges.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, we will need to assess it.

Wean Meister products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, scratches and tears are not covered under the Wean Meister warranty.

If it's found to be faulty, we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund. If the issue is due to misuse or the item isn’t deemed faulty, we may not be able to offer a return or refund.
